Man Plays Music in Same New York City Apartment for Nearly 50 Years!
When I think of Jim Fredericks, I think of New York City. He epitomizes the soul of this magical and musical city. Originally from Indiana, he came to Manhattan in 1974 to pursue a career in theater. He thought he would leave after two years but never left. Jim has had a wonderful career in the arts for the past 50 years, enjoying the same Upper East Side rent-controlled apartment since 1974!
